30pm (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day) Customer Service Representative (CSR) requires a high degree of accuracy, with the successful candidate displaying a variety of clerical and communication related skills.
The candidate must be able to work effectively in a high paced office environment.
Bilingual/Spanish preferred.
Job Description:
Ensure efficient use of call center phone system Enforce data input standards for customer records Monitor accuracy of billing and payment processing Maintain effective radio and dispatch communications with fleet operations Ensure effective filing system of customer paper and electronic documents Respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services Attend regular staff meetings to assure quality of service PREFERRED:
Previous high paced office experience Software knowledge:
