We manage over 100 short and long term rental contracts along the north and west shores of Lake Tahoe.
Our focus is providing the best customer service to our homeowners and renters through clear and effective communication, diligence in handling administrative duties and contracts, and assisting with ensuring properties are well-maintained.
The Perks:

00 per hour with an increase after 60 days Additional compensation:
Bonus and referrals 401(k) (matching), monthly contribution for gas, cell phone, and to health insurance expense up to $400, paid time off, parental leave, and paid training Year round employment, 30-40 hours per week Small office with great people - must love dogs! Varied responsibilities and opportunities each day - your days are never monotonous Candidates:
Must have reliable transportation and currently reside within 30 miles of Tahoe City Detail oriented self-starters who are also team players looking for a real career Must be able to work weekends and holidays Excellent customer service skills and comfortable speaking with all different types of people Ability to work in a fast paced environment and face challenges with a positive attitude Flexible and open to constructive feedback - willing to adapt to changing environments as needed Must be comfortable using and learning various computer applications (Outlook, Google mail, Word, Excel, Escapia reservation software, search engines, etc.
