Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video posts - Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement - Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to maintain positive customer relationships - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms - Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Proficient in video editing software and graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator - Strong research skills to identify target audience preferences and trends - Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices - Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment analysis - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Relationship management skills to collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and external partners Job Type:
